Like the Land Economy degree, the Department itself is uniquely specialised and multidisciplinary. Each member of academic staff in the Department is an expert in their field, in specialties ranging from private law and economic policy, to investment analysis and city planning. Together, they combine resources and ideas on research projects, making for a friendly and collaborative atmosphere.
The Department of Land Economy, although a small, friendly department, benefits from an array of resources. Within the Department, you will have access to computing facilities, printing and binding, and the SPS Library. In addition, Land Economy’s interdisciplinary nature and strong ties to other Cambridge Departments mean that you will be able to access:
The Marshall Library, in the Department of Economics
The Squire Law Library, in the Faculty of Law
