Open Day

Each year, in conjunction with the Cambridge Open Days, the Department of Land Economy holds a talk about the undergraduate course and a drop-in session where members of the Department are available to answer any questions you may have.

The next Land Economy Open Day will be on Friday 06 July 2012 at the University Centre. [map]

Provisional Programme

2.45pm The room will be open for registration.
3.00pm A series of talks about the department will begin to cover the following areas:
what Land Economy is all about;
the College admissions procedures;
the options that are available with the degree course;
the professional accreditation available to our graduates and
careers prospects on graduation.
4.00pm Staff will be available to talk to on an informal basis and to answer any questions that you might have.
5.00pm End of session.

Tea and Coffee will be available throughout the session

Registration

The Land Economy Open Day is for all interested students (and their parents, guardians etc) as well as Heads of Sixth Form and Careers Advisors. However due to the limited capacity of the room you are kindly requested to restrict accompanying family and friends to a minimum.

Attendees of the Land Economy 2012 Open Day are requested to register with the Department by emailing landecon-hod@lists.cam.ac.uk with your name, school and number in party.

You are also kindly requested to register for the wider Cambridge University Open Day by using the online form provided on the Undergraduate Admission website.

If you are planning to attend the Cambridge Open Days but are unable to come to the talk and drop-in session outlined above, information can also be obtained from our Cambridge Open Day information stand. The Cambridge Open Day information stand will be at the Sidgwick Site from 10am-4pm on 07 and 08 July 2011.
