I am a Research Associate at the Department of Land Economy and an Affiliated Lecturer at the Centre of Development Studies, Department of Politics and International Studies. I am also an Associate Editor for the journal Energy for Sustainable Development. Previously, I was a Research Associate at the Centre of Development Studies, a visiting fellow at the Korea Rural Economic Institute, and a consultant to the World Bank and European Commission. I hold a BSc (Hons) from the Department of Economics, University of Warwick, and MPhil and PhD degrees from the Centre of Development Studies, University of Cambridge.
