Julius is an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Oxford and a Fellow & Tutor in Law at St Hugh's college, Oxford.  An equity lawyer, he has published articles on (amongst other things) constructive trusts, trusts of land, and the formality requirements set out in section 53 of the Law of Property Act 1925. His ongoing research concerns the constitution of gifts, and the question of what – if anything – makes equity special. His favourite judge is Lord Millett. (Ed note - he doesn't get out much)
