4CMR promotes internal communication and teamwork so that staff are continually building knowledge in a range of areas both professionally and personally. Annual ‘away days’ allow staff to participate in structured discussions and activities in a more relaxed environment, cultivating learning and developing relationships.
Professional Development
Staff Development courses conducted by the University of Cambridge are free to 4CMR staff and cover a range of skills. There are also plenty of opportunities to attend relevant conferences, workshops and seminars either in Cambridge or elsewhere.
