| PhD Title | The Nature and Causes of Favouritism: Using Experimental Economics Techniques as well as Primary Attitudinal and Socio-Economic Survey Data. |
| Project information | My research considers the relationship between social connections and corruption at a micro-behavioural level. The research combines theoretical analyses of strategic interactions and social networks and empirical analysis using a newly designed economic experiment in order to understand why an individual decides to engage in corruption, particularly nepotism in which bribe exhange does not necessarily take place. |
