About the group

The Real Estate and Urban Analysis research group (REUA) focuses on the application of social science disciplines for the study of resource allocation as applied to land, real estate, urban and regional economies and public policy.

The research ranges from real estate finance, where the focus is primarily on private sector investment and valuation of individual properties, through the development of land, properties and urban areas, to the broader questions of the planning system, spatial geography and the macro-economic environment.
