Research interests:

Aleix is developing a model for a fully recycling economy which preserves natural resources and ecosystem services. He is interested in quantifying the relative interdependency between industrial components in terms of material and energy flows. He is also devising a methodology to quantify the environmental consequences of the current economy material outputs (i.e. pollution and waste) on selected ecosystem services and economic inputs.
