Research interests:

Sustainability and climate change in cities. In particular the integration of current developments and policies relating to climate change and sustainability across the fields of architecture, planning and real estate development - Planning and property development. Theoretical: new institutional economics, property rights theory; Empirical: property development processes, land markets, land use and planning regimes in Europe.
