In your second year, you will have the chance to develop your skills and choose from a range of subjects. You will have a wide array of options for study, including further options in law and economics, as well as financial planning, economic management, the economics of the environment, environmental protection, the developing economies, the economics of conservation, property and investment finance and theories of resource allocation.
As a Part IB student, you will choose five of the following papers:

Paper 9 | Private Law |

Paper 11 | Land and Urban Economics |
The only requirement in your second year is to take either Paper 8 or Paper 9 (or both!). In your second year, you will be assessed through written examination.
