12:30 - 14:00
Cambridge early career researchers working in 'transformations'
Dining Room at the Cambridge Union Society

If you're a Cambridge early career researcher whose work engages with the theme of 'transformation', please come along to meet others with similar interests over an informal lunch. This will be a great way to make new connections, talk about your research with others who have shared interests, and identify future opportunities for collaboration. It will also help to shape thinking about transformation research within the university going forward.

'Transformation' can be defined broadly, across all disciplines. Research interests might range from the economic and social transformation required in response to climate change, to cultural transformation and digital transformation. Researchers may also use specific theory on transformation, or might identify more with the term as a signpost for change in relation to a particular policy challenge.

The event is funded by the School of the Humanities and Social Sciences in support of its research framework (https://www.ahssresearch.group.cam.ac.uk/hss-research-framework), on the theme of understanding social, cultural and economic transformation.
