Housing sits at the heart of many wider social issues, and our research is currently focused on four broad and interconnected areas:
- Housing supply and affordability, the planning system, planning obligations, housebuilding
- Housing for an ageing population
- Housing tenure, homelessness, alternative housing models
- Digital innovation, digital inclusion, smart cities, offsite construction, modular housing
