Luciana Acioly is a Visiting Researcher at Cambridge University, Department of Land Economy (Law and Economy) focusing her research on Chinese financial institutions and Development Banks. She is a senior Researcher at Institute for Applied Economic Research (IPEA), since 1998.
In 2004, Luciana achieved a Doctor of Applied Economics at State University of Campinas (Unicamp) in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Luciana is the ex-Director of Studies for International Economic and Political Relations (Ipea). Her main research areas here were: international financial architecture; banking, sovereign wealth funds; G20; BRICS financial architecture, NDB and CRA; Chinese economy; Foreign Direct Investment.
