The Department of Land Economy is looking to recruit a Research Associate to join the Cambridge Centre for Housing and Planning Research (CCHPR).

The successful candidate will be an experienced mixed methods researcher with a track record in securing research grants. In this post, you will be required to lead on a range of projects related to housing and planning from proposal stage through to completion. Ideally, you be able to write research bids and will be confident in liaising with funders and engaging with policy makers. You should also have experience of presenting your findings to funders and other stakeholders.

CCHPR is an established research centre within the Department of Land Economy and has an international reputation for its policy-oriented research. CCHPR's team of researchers work collegially on multiple research projects and you will be expected to work co-operatively with other members of staff within CCHPR, the Department of Land Economy and the wider University, as required, in order to fulfil the Centre's commitments to funders. The number of projects you will be responsible for at any one time will vary. Information about CCHPR's current and completed research can be found on its website

This is a full-time position, available for an immediate start.

Limited funding: This post is funded out of Centre income and as such is permanent but this may be subject to change as funds permit.
