The 15th Modern Studies in Property Law Conference will be held in Cambridge in March 2024 and, as with previous conferences, papers will be published as the next volume in the Modern Studies in Property Law Series. The latest volume edited by Natalie Mrockova, Aruna Nair and Luke Rostill is available here.
In addition, the Centre will host a conference on 100 Years of the Property Legislation, which will consider the impact of the 1925 property legislation and proposals for reform.
Queens' College is unfortunately unable to offer accommodation for the Modern Studies in Property Law Conference, but accommodation is available at hotels nearby, or at other nearby college.
