Dr Franz Fuerst and the Land Economy project team which also includes research assistants Hassan Adan and Donald Stevens will work closely with the partners, in a consortium comprising research institutions from eight European countries, on developing an assessment system for energy efficiency investments in the private residential rental market, a sector with considerable upgrading potential throughout the EU. The total value of the grant is €2.0 million.
