On 13th March, we hosted the 7th Cambridge Real Estate Research Club.
The one-day conference brought together heads of research/CIOs across the industry and gave an opportunity to share and discuss investment issues and research ideas.
The 2024 event was held at Jesus College and included presentations on:
- Interest rates and property markets
- Office markets
- New Data and Measures in Property Research
- Biases and Decision Making
Thank you to Peter Papadakos from Greenstreet, Bill Page from LGIM and Simon Durkin from Blackrock who presented on the day along with our centre staff.
