Graduates of the Department of Land Economy have exceptional career prospects across a wide range of sectors including law, business and finance, civil service, public service, property professions, environmental agencies, and national/international agencies. The courses can offer full or partial exemption from the requirements of a number of professional bodies, including the Law Society, Bar Council, and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Cambridge University Land Society

The Cambridge University Land Society (CULS) is the longest-established alumni group in the University of Cambridge and provides both a continuing link and a resource centre for past and present members of the Department. It also helps to reinforce the Department's links with employers. Membership of CULS is free for all current students at the Department, and for one year after graduation.
