Abstract: This report consists of three related studies, which successively study the infection risks of COVID-19 transmission and prevention & control policies in cities, the association between population agglomeration and the severity of COVID-19 infection symptoms, and how to accurately improve the efficiency of COVID-19 management and control based on the internal correlation of public health risks in mega-cities based on the mass mobility network.The findings can inform better policy making in public health, urban resilience and the planning of human settlement.
