We are pleased to announce that Justin Kadi will be joining the Department of Land Economy as Assistant Professor in Planning and Housing, from April 2023.
Justin Kadi is Assistant Professor and Head of Housing Research at Vienna University of Technology (TU Wien), Department of Public Finance and Infrastructure Policy. Previously, he has worked at the University of Amsterdam, Department of Geography, and the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar, Institute for European Urban Studies. His research interests include housing policy, urban governance, socio-spatial inequality, gentrification, and comparative research. Justin holds a PhD in Urban and Housing Studies from the University of Amsterdam. He is associate editor of the International Journal of Housing Policy and joint coordinator of the working group Homeownership and Globalization in the European Network for Housing Research.
