Professor Claire Colomb has published research on housing inequalities in France.
The research, which was done in collaboration with Dr Francesa Artioli (Université Paris Est Créteil, Lab'Urba) and Dr Thomas Aguilera (Sciences Po Rennes, ARENES UMR 6051), has been published by OXFAM France.
The main finding, based on extensive research on the conflicts surrounding the regulation of platform-mediated short-term rentals in Europe, was that such forms of short-term accommodation reflect and reinforce socio-economic, housing and territorial inequalites in the country.
